SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
All Salida Gun Shop apparel products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner. This means:
- Production time: 2-7 business days after order placement
- Order processing: Orders placed before 12:00 PM MT are typically processed the same day
- Weekends and holidays: Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day
You will receive a production confirmation email when your order begins, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods and Times
Once production is complete, shipping times vary by destination:
Domestic (United States):
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days (if available)
Note: Shipping times are estimates and begin after production is complete. Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination address
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
Printify automatically calculates accurate shipping rates through carrier integrations.
Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Standard shipping is available to: • Residential and business addresses
- P.O. Boxes (for eligible items)
- APO/FPO military addresses
International Shipping
International shipping availability depends on our print partner's capabilities. If international shipping is available:
- Shipping times: 10-30 business days (varies by country)
- Customs and duties: Customer is responsible for all customs fees, import taxes, and duties
- Restrictions: Some countries may have import restrictions on certain products
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
- Link to track your package through the carrier's website • Estimated delivery date
Track your order using the carrier's tracking system (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
Shipping Address
Important:
- Double-check your shipping address before completing your order
- We cannot change the address once production begins
- Incorrect addresses may result in returned packages and additional fees
Address Requirements:
- Complete street address (no P.O. Boxes for certain items) • Apartment or suite number (if applicable)
- Correct city, state, and ZIP code
Delivery Issues
Package Not Received:
If your tracking shows 'delivered' but you haven't received your package:
- Check with household members or neighbors
- Look around your delivery area (porch, mailbox, side door)
- Contact your local post office or carrier
- Wait 48 hours before contacting us
Lost Packages:
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier:

- We will file a claim with the carrier
- We will send a replacement order once the claim is resolved
Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, see our Refund and Return Policy for instructions.
Shipping Delays
Delays may occur due to:
- High order volumes (holidays, sales) • Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Production issues
We are not responsible for carrier delays but will do our best to resolve any issues. Contact us if your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery date.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect address provided by customer: Customer is responsible for re-shipping fees
- Refused delivery or unclaimed package: No refund will be issued
- Carrier error or our error: We will re-ship at no additional charge
Rush Orders
Rush processing may be available for an additional fee. Contact us at ahfscolorado@gmail.com before ordering to check availability.
Rush options (when available):
- 1-day production + expedited shipping
- Subject to availability and additional fees
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.): • Production and shipping times may be longer
- Order early to ensure delivery by specific dates
- We will post holiday shipping deadlines on our website
